in 18 days...

i'll be walking down the aisle in this.

and i still haven't picked what song will be playing when i do.

see, i'm not so good at making the decisions sometimes. it's easy for me when its THINGS, like decor what not....but this is my song. the song that, from now on, whenever i hear it, i'll think of my last walk as a miss.

see, i decided when i was probably....14, that i wanted to walk to "so this is love". disney's cinderella is tied with can't hardly wait for my fave movie EVER. and yes, i realize that's quite the mix.

but then i started thinking that maybe i wanted something more contemporary.

CLICK HERE for the amazon link to preview option two.

oh how i ADORE edwin mccain. and this song is from my favorite show of all time....dawson's creek.

gah, i sound like the biggest nerd in the world with my faves today.

anyways, this is vitamin string quartet....we're using all their covers of songs for the prelude before the ceremony, and all the other ceremony music.

so help me pick!!!

i like the idea of something contemporary. Something that hasn't been done before.

You'll be gorgeous no matter what!

SHUT THE FRONT DOOR... 18 days! WOW!!!

I say go with the more contemporary because as much as I like cinderella... I am not a fan of disney stuff in weddings. I PPH edwin too.

Both are beautiful!! I think I like the 1st one a teeny bit better though.

I'm sorry you're having such a hard time deciding. My processional was the first song I picked...haha! I am walking to "Angel Eyes" by Jim Brickman. It's the first song Brian played for me on the piano...and I adore it.

Oh, and WOO HOO 18 days!

Being the Disney freak I am, I would have to go with So This Is Love. I used the Disney weddings cd as all of my processional music (I know, I'm a dork) and that cd was playing as guests arrived. I looked out from the clubhouse at one point to see all my friends singing along to the songs even though it was the instrumental version. Gave me a good laugh!

I went traditional with Canon in D, but my extremely talented pianist and co-worker added in strains of Take Me Out to the Ballgame with it! We had a baseball themed reception. You really had to listen for the "extras" but it was really cool! Good luck picking! Oh, and I loved Dawson's Creek too! I think I still have every episode on VHS!

I did the whole traditional Catholic thing going down to Trumpet Tune played on a huge organ, so I'm no help, lol.

But I do think the "So this is Love" is really really sweet. But then again, I'm a huge disney freak as well. But if you wanted it since you were little, I say go for it.

I like the first one better. My sis just got married in July and she walked down to "A Summer Place" by Percy Faith...just a suggestion!
